TEMAT: U4GM PoE2 Guide: How to Unlock Plunder Point

U4GM PoE2 Guide: How to Unlock Plunder Point 1 tydzień 4 dni temu #155301

Farrow's Runeseeker quest is the kind of campaign thread that seems harmless at first, then quietly asks you to remember half the map. You meet him in Clearfell after saving a Kalguuran Runic Remnant from a pack of monsters, and he'll show you how the league's rune crafting works with PoE 2 Items before sending you off to hunt for Runestones. Don't treat it like a tiny side errand. If you skip a zone or rush an Act boss, you may end up backtracking through places you thought you were done with.

How the quest actually works
The pattern is simple, but it stretches across the whole campaign. In each major part of the story, you need to find Runestones in specific areas. They're usually large stone markers with glowing runes, stuck into the ground, and they're easy to miss if you're hugging only the main path. Once you've found every required Runestone in that Act, the related Runic Vault appears on the region map. That's your cue to enter, clear what's inside, and learn the next piece of old rune magic. The game won't always shove this in your face, so check your region map now and then.

Runic Vaults through the campaign
In Act 1, Farrow asks you to search Ogham for Runestones, and the first Vault you're aiming for is in the Lost Catacombs. In Act 2, the hunt moves to the desert regions, ending with the Skull of the Titan Runic Vault. Act 3 does the same thing again, this time leading you toward the Mystic Refuge Runic Vault. The exact Runestone spots aren't worth memorising because maps are randomised. What matters is clearing the listed zones properly. Walk the edges, check dead ends, and don't assume a small side pocket is empty just because it looks dull.

Why players miss steps
Most people miss Runeseeker progress because they play too efficiently. Sounds strange, but it happens. You follow the quest marker, kill the boss, move on, and only later notice that Farrow's task is still sitting there. Runestones don't always sit beside the main objective. Sometimes they're tucked behind a bend, near a side encounter, or in a corner you'd normally ignore. If the Vault hasn't appeared after you think you've finished an Act's search, open the region map and look for areas that still need attention. It's quicker than guessing.

Treasure map pieces in Act 4
Act 4 changes the rhythm a bit. Instead of only looking for Runestones, you need four torn treasure map pieces across the Karui archipelago. Search Kedge Bay, Shrike Island, Whakapanu Island, and the Isle of Kin. Each area has a special corpse you can interact with, and that corpse drops one piece. After collecting all four, bring them to Makoru in Kingsmarch. Not Dannig. That mistake is common enough to be annoying. Makoru reveals Plunder Point, where you'll place explosives, clear the Expedition encounter, and open the Deserted Post Runic Vault.

Finishing without wasting time
The cleanest way to handle Runeseeker is to treat every new campaign zone like it may contain a required marker. Sweep it once, check the map, then move on. It saves you from dull return trips later, especially if you're also managing gear upgrades or planning to buy PoE 2 Items for a smoother build. Once Plunder Point is cleared and the last Vault is open, Farrow's long rune trail is wrapped up, and you can get back to pushing the campaign without that unfinished quest nagging at you.
